Michael Border
Michael Border is the founder of Overnhill. He built a 30-property care business in three years without outside funding.
He built systems to organise staffing, property records and finances as the business grew. Overnhill turns that method into software other businesses can use.
Why one operating system
Sales decisions affect delivery. Delivery uses people’s time and determines what can be billed. Those results should inform the next business decision without someone rebuilding the picture for a meeting.
Overnhill is being built to hold those relationships in one system. Its agents use that context to prepare work, identify gaps and follow up agreed responsibilities.
Product scope
The shared platform covers client records, work, people, finance and company planning. Industry editions add the records and processes needed for a particular type of business.
The first release focuses on construction consultancies. Property management, estate agency and supported accommodation editions are planned.
Agents and daily work
The agent approach depends on recorded information and defined responsibilities. An agent needs to know which record it is using, which task it is handling and whose approval is required.
The aim is for daily priorities, agent activity and management decisions to remain visible in the same system.
Relationship with TIFA Growth
TIFA Growth is the consultancy service. It helps businesses improve sales, cash management and operations through 90-day programmes with agreed priorities and measures.
Overnhill is the software product used to run the work. It can be introduced with the programme or through a separate software implementation.
Common questions
Who will we speak to?
The booking link on this site is for a 20-minute call with Michael. You can also email growth@tifa.co.uk.
Can we discuss a planned industry edition?
Yes. The discussion can establish the records, workflows and connections your business would need. It does not mean the edition is already available for live use.
