User plans
Professional: £49 per user a month, minimum five users, from £245 a month. Advanced: £69 per user a month, minimum five users, from £345 a month.
Light users: £10 a month each for time, leave, rota and duties only. Clients, landlords and candidates using the portal are free.
AI staff and receptionist
One routine AI agent is included. Each further agent costs £49 a month.
The receptionist costs £99 a month, including 150 minutes. Additional minutes cost 35p each.
Setup and billing
Standard setup costs £1,500. Implementation starts at £5,000 and includes standard setup. The proposal confirms the data transfer, configuration and training included.
Annual billing gives you two months free on users. Software can be bought on its own; consultancy is a separate service.
