Inside the Overnhill platform

Sales, clients, projects, people, time, money and the company plan share the same operating system. Explore what each part does, how information moves between them and where AI agents take on work.

First release in development. The construction consultancy pilot is being prepared.

The core modules

What sits inside Overnhill.

These are the planned platform modules. The release scope and connections available for your business are confirmed before implementation.

01

Clients & sales

Contacts, enquiries, proposals, agreed scope and correspondence.

Keep the next commercial action with the client. An accepted proposal supplies the fee and scope for the project.

Connects to projects and correspondence
02

Projects & delivery

Stages, tasks, documents, deadlines and named owners.

See the work required, the decisions still open and the evidence of completion. Keep changes to scope with the job.

Connects to time, capacity and billing
03

Time & capacity

Time entries, staff allocation, available hours and project budgets.

Compare work allocated with the people available. Review time spent against the budget and the work left to finish.

Connects to project cost and margin
04

Invoicing & payments

Agreed fees, billable work, invoice records and payment status.

Review what is ready to bill and what needs chasing. Keep the fee basis and delivery evidence beside the proposed invoice.

Connects to delivery and your accounts ledger
05

Calls, email & documents

Relevant conversations, call records, files and decisions.

Keep the history with the client or job so a colleague can pick up the next action. Agree the supported connections during setup.

Connects correspondence to its client and work
06

Company plan & reviews

Objectives, budgets, review dates, scorecards and assigned actions.

Compare progress with the plan. Decisions made in a review become actions with an owner and a date.

Uses sales, delivery and financial records
Agent roles

The work an agent can prepare.

Each role has a task, permitted sources and a person responsible for the result. These examples describe the intended workflows; availability depends on the release.

Integrations

Where your existing systems fit.

Setup establishes which system owns each record and how changes move between them. Connections are named and checked before work is agreed.

Setup and implementation
Accounting
Your accounts ledger remains the financial record. Agree how invoice and payment information passes between it and Overnhill.
Email, calls & files
Connect relevant correspondence and documents to the right client and work, within the access you allow.
Industry systems
Portals and specialist services have their own requirements. Confirm supported providers and any manual steps in the implementation scope.

Common questions

Is Overnhill a CRM, a project tool or a business operating system?

It is a business operating system. CRM and project management are parts of it, alongside people, time, invoicing, communication and company planning. The value comes from using the same records across those areas, with agents working within defined roles and permissions.

Is the whole platform available now?

No. The first release is in development for a construction consultancy pilot. Other editions and connections have their own release requirements. We will confirm what can be demonstrated and implemented before agreeing any work.

Does an agent know everything about the business?

An agent works from the information recorded in Overnhill and the connected systems it is allowed to access. Its work depends on those records being complete and current. Information that has not been recorded cannot be treated as known.

Will it replace our accounts and email systems?

The design keeps an external accounts ledger and connects the office systems the business uses. Setup establishes where each record is maintained and how updates move between systems.

Do we need the consultancy programme?

No. Software setup and implementation are separate options. The TIFA Growth programme is for businesses that also want help reviewing performance, setting priorities and implementing business changes.
